In addition, CloudCaller.io has a robust system to manage audio call recordings of the proceedings with respect to doing recordings, and then storing, retrieving, searching for, downloading, deleting and otherwise managing them.

The product facilities an efficient process for initiating calls, and for conducting the proceedings. Since CloudCaller.io is native to Salesforce, it is highly secure and offers robust hosting by Salesforce. CloudCaller.io intuitive UI sharply reduces training time for new users, thereby permitting customers to scale up capacity when need be.

Finally, CloudCaller.io functionality for legal proceedings permits users to use Salesforce’s Platform License and custom objects, if the customer so desires, for a $25 per user per month fee for all users, instead of Salesforce CRM License, for a $150 per user per month fee for all users, thereby saving the customer $125 per month per user in Salesforce License fees. Custom Objects for this purpose are developed by the CloudCaller.io support team for the customer at no charge.
